Commissioner Henry Martin, Portsmouth. Receipt of letters and warrants to expect stores on the Plymouth transport and money in the several Treasurerships and some for Plymouth, to order the pay Clerks when the balance is in hand, to alter the title heads of the printed forms for the next and future annual states of foreign stores agreeable to the specimen enclosed and to allow larger sloops, a third anchor and cable.
