Lieutenant R. Banks, the Sampson, Hamoaze. Is sending an inventory of his effects,which were sold at the mast with the value charged to the wages of the persons that bought them. Lieutenant Scott of the Carnatic, will swear he was present at the time they were sold by order of Captain Wolsley. Asks how he can recover the amount raised and whether the pay of the Purser Holes should be stopped until he makes satisfaction
