Walter Brown, Newcastle. He supplied the Board of Trustees in Scotland with German and Russian colours to cloth thread and yarn. By the intrigues of the under Secretary Mr. Mcpherson, he was disappointed. Offers sailcloth for trial which he believes is resistant to mildew, and which he can produce it from Mr. Reynolds field at Mitcham in Surrey.
