Anthony Munton and Daniel Scarville, Antigua. Are ordered to employ ten extra negroes to assist the Labourers to clean and deepen the harbour, as the legislature of the island discontinued the thirty negroes that were previously employed for this service. In order to improve the cleaning of the harbour they propose to build two punts, covering their bottoms with old copper.
