Copy letter from Richard Hughes, Rear Admiral of the Blue and Commander in Chief, from the Adamant, reporting the loss of the Success Cutter, employed in the service of watering the Squadron, which was lost during a gale. Hughes requires some vessels of the same size to be hired for that service.
