Description

Anthony Munton Antigua. Domingo Figarella, Boatswain of the Yard, was directed by the Board to continue in the station he was in at the last peace. He is entitled to compensation granted by an order of Vice Admiral Pye for heaving down HM's ships. He is sending a copy of Commissioner Laforey's subsequent order. Domingo Figarella inspected the Boreas during the hurricane months and has been paid an allowance for which he asks for approval
