John Bignall, Greenwich, Jamaica. Are to send a plan each year of all works in hand and those finished in the preceding year. We sent one in February on the Bonny Lass, Captain McFadyen, for the River Thames, which was a draught of the Smith's shop, wholly rebuilt after the hurricane, the only building erected last year. We are to expect barrels of Lord Dundonald's coal and pitch and are to follow the Attorney General's opinion to get possession of the storehouse and wharf at Kingston
