Anthony Munton, Antigua. Is sending a survey of a keg of green paint from the Whitby armed storeship, commanded by Lieutenant Sympson, which was certified for the quantity received. When it was opened to refresh the paint work of the Commanding officer's house, it was found to be less than the weight specified
