Description

Philip Stephens. Rear Admiral Gambier reports the Agent for Transports at Plymouth, Lieutenant Patrick Stuart, is unable to fulfill his duty due to an injured eye. Recommend Lieutenant John Joseph Taunton, who is on the spot, to replace him and Lieutenant Stuart returns to his duty at Weymouth.
