Description

Philip Stephens. The Mars at Portsmouth and the Cambridge at Plymouth are fitted to receive prisoners but have no men on board. Propose they take the men from the tenders to have their clothes aired before boarding their ships and that the Commissioners of the Sick and Hurt provide proper places for the prisoners.
