Description

Philip Stephens. Propose that the armed ship British King is established with 20 9-pounder carriage guns on her upper deck and 2 6-pounders on her forecastle, with the same complement as a 28-gun ship, including a 3rd Lieutenant and a Surgeon's 2nd Mate, as she is to be used to receive pressed men.
