Philip Stephens. Have agreed with Messrs. Noble and Pilkinson of Bristol for their ship Pinson to be employed as an armed ship under the orders of Rear Admiral Edwards, after the delivery of her cargo to Labrador. She is to carry 18 4-pounders and 70 men, under the command of a Lieutenant and continue in the service until next October.
