Copy letter from Captain Young, Agent for Transports. Four Seamen have deserted from the Robinson at Deptford and there is no method to prevent desertion. As the Seamen of the transports at Deptford and the Red House, pass and repass from the ships to shore without danger from an impress gang, proposes one is established there to stop the desertions..
