Description

Copy letter from Henry Mills reporting 4 timber vessels from Gatcomb arrived at Plymouth on the 4th under the protection of the Andromeda, which has since proceeded to Spithead and will not convoy them back to Kingroad. Asks for protection to return and remain to bring in more vessels. If no convoy is provided he is unwilling to continue this trade.
