Description

Philip Stephens. Commissioner Proby informs us that due to frequent visits to Sheerness to comptrol payments, he has had a cold for one month and requests either the Officers of Sheerness or Chatham, comptrol their own payments. Have no objection, whilst he is indisposed, but would regard a general order as prejudicial to the Service.
