Description

William Marsden. Commissioner Otway has sent a letter from Lieutenant Colonel William Fryers, Commanding Officer of the Engineers at Gibraltar with plans and an estimate for forming an aqueduct from the tank at Rosia to enable Naval sloops to water within the new mole.
