Description

William Marsden. Captain W G Lobb has requested dispensation for the papers mentioned to enable him to pass his accounts for the time he commanded the Isis. The papers only lack a survey of the 2nd Boatswain's remains of stores for last February, when he deserted, and recommend dispensation is granted.
