Description

William Marsden. In addition to the comments on the improper way in which Mr. Symonds of Falmouth has built the Dispatch sloop, they have resolved never to use his services again and have ordered the Plymouth Officers to discharge John Parker, the Overseer of the building of the Dispatch.
