Description

William Marsden. Vice Admiral Lord Nelson has written about the payment of bounty money to men raised in the Mediterranean. The scheme applies only to volunteers who are recommended by ships' Officers or by Officers employed ashore to raise men. There is no limitation to men applying within the Kingdom. Recommend information about the programme should be widely distributed.
