Description

William Marsden. Sir Hyde Parker has claimed for expenses, which should be divided to show printing and postage costs. We think the figure quoted is for printing stationery only. Sir Hyde says he did not receive the supply of 3 years' stationery which should have been sent to him on the Tamar in 1797, which we query.
