William Marsden. Captain RW Otway has written asking for dispensation for the lack of certain papers, so he may be paid for the time he commanded the Matilda. How he stands on the books. Muster books but no slop book were received for the time but the slop book for his successor does not record any issues in Captain Otway's time. A note to this effect should have been put in the record.
