Description

Mr. Hellyer to the Board. He has been affected by the report on the Tartar, which was referred to the Board by Sir TJ Duckworth. He carried out his responsibilities properly and the Jamaica Officers confuse aspects of the ship's stern timbers and wrongly recommended the addition of extra timber and iron work and asks for a pardon.
