Description

William Marsden. George Clibborn has petitioned for his pay as Lieutenant on the Greyhound and asks for dispensation for the papers necessary to pass his accounts. He served on the Greyhound from June 1798 to March 1799, when he was superceded. As there has been a regular vacancy on the ship's books since he left, he can be paid from the time he passed his journal.
