Description

William Marsden. The agents of Captain W. Fothergill have asked for dispensation for the papers necessary for him to pass his accounts as Lieutenant of the Rattlesnake. As Captains Stevens and Curtis are now dead, their certificates may be dispensed with and Captain Fothergill may be paid.
