Description

Thomas and James Plucknett remind the Board that they have already written about supplying capstan lifters for Portsmouth and Plymouth yards as it is some time since they have supplied the Navy. They have built more in anticipation of repeat orders and suggest that each yard should have a supply on hand, bearing in mind the distance of their plant at Deptford from Naval yards.
