Description

Sir Charles Saxton to the Board. He has been on the Entreprenante cutter with the Shipwrights and believes that no blame attaches to the Master Shipwright or to Mr. Haynes, Shipwright. He was on board with Admiral Holloway, while she was fitting out and both remarked on the quality of the work being done. He does not think that the ship could have let in the water complained of. The Captain seemed satisfied with the work done until the last days before she sailed.
