Description

William Marsden. Twelve young Russian men are to be apprenticed in the Royal yards at Woolwich and Deptford. Two each will be trained as Mastmakers, Sailmakers, Ropemakers, Joiners, Coopers and Anchormakers. Ask to whom these men are to be bound apprentice and at what rates of pay.
