William Marsden. The agent to the late Lieutenant Robert Watson of the Theseus, has asked for dispensation for his papers to enable his accounts to be passed. Mr. Watson joined the Theseus as Lieutenant in June 1802 and at the end of the last muster book, in August 1803, he was still there. See no reason why his journal and certificates cannot be dispensed with and ask for approval.
