Description

Evan Nepean. Gives details of the voyage to Australia of the Lady Nelson under the command of Lieutenant Grant with orders from the Duke of Portland. If, as suggested by Governor King of New South Wales, she is be used to assist the surveying work being carried out by Captain Flinders, it is recommended that she is registered as the tender to Buffalo and allowed an extra 15 supplementary seamen.
