Description

Evan Nepean. Describing the services rendered to the gun brig Nancy, commanded by Lieutenant WFW Owen, by William Dodd and Isaac Barron in acting as pilots and navigating her to safety in the Dungeness Roads. Recommends that the normal pilot's fee, the reward of £5, and salvage money paid is sufficient recompense.
