Description

Philip Stephens. Captain Penny of the Burford has sent a petition that as her company have been turned over and paid by pay lists, some time ago, he may be allowed to make out pay books to that time. Opine that if all the Burford's petty Officers and foremast men are ordered to be turned over, there will be no impropriety in paying her to that time, as it will save the trouble of making out pay lists for so large a number of men.
