Description

Philip Stephens. Captain Sir Harry Heron of the Merchant armed vessel at North Shields, informs us that his company, which consists mostly of volunteers, are uneasy at not receiving their bounty and two months advance wages and ask for payment. We have no means of payment anywhere other than one of HM yards and the request cannot be complied with.
