Description

Philip Stephens. Have agreed with Messrs. Fisher to build a 32-gun ship at Liverpool, to be launched by the end of March 1780. Have also agreed with Messrs. Parry and Hankey for the remaining ship we were ordered to purchase, a fireship, is to be competed the first spring in October or sooner if possible.
