Description

Philip Stephens. Lieutenant Prehearne has asked to be paid for the time he commanded the Wolf sloop. How he is borne on the books. As he commanded her for a short time only, in the absence of the Captain, who had leave of absence, ask whether it would be proper to pay 2 Captains for the same time in such a case.
