Description

Philip Stephens. Rear Admiral Sir Peter Parker at Jamaica, has drawn a bill to defray the contingent expenses of the Squadron under his command. Samuel Holman, Naval Officer at Jamaica, has also drawn a bill for the purchase of a schooner shallop to attend the Florida surveying schooner, which is countersigned by Sir Peter. Ask whether these bills are to be accepted.
