Description

Philip Stephens. Captain Windsor, who was appointed by Admiral Young at Antigua to command the Falcon, but who was superceded upon his joining Lord Howe and sent back to Antigua, found he had been confirmed for the sloop and returned to England. He asks to be paid as Commander of her to the day of his arrival. How he is borne on the books of the Falcon. Opine the captain should be paid on the ships books for the time he is borne, upon passing an account for her. Ask whether he or the other Captains should be paid on the books for the rest of the time and if so, it must be by bill.
