Description

Philip Stephens. Mr. Utterson, Storekeeper at Fort St. George, has drawn a bill for purchasing stores and defraying the contingent charges of ships employed in the East Indies under the command of Commodore Sir Edward Vernon, which is countersigned by Sir Edward and ask if it should be accepted.
