Philip Stephens. Captain Brenton of the Tortoise storeship has applied for men to assist in bringing her from Longreach to Woolwich, she having a Pilot on board and is ready to proceed. As she could not have assistance of men from Woolwich, we asked in April whether the Greenwich Hospital men employed carrying the Pacifick to the Nore, may be ordered to the Tortoise to bring her to Woolwich.
