Description

Philip Stephens. Vice Admiral Gayton proposes the bearing of a Boatswain and six Seamen to add to the present complement of the Jamaica yard to inspect and keep the careening great in proper order. Opine with the Admiral, this would be beneficial to the service and propose the addition to the present establishment.
