Description

Philip Stephens. The accounts of Lieutenant Morrice for raising men at Weymouth, from December 1776 to December 1777, show that no more than 10 men appear to have been procured, although his expenses amount to £285. Ask whether it is worthwhile to continue him, where he has met with little success.
