Philip Stephens. Lieutenant Murray of the Ramillies has asked to be reimbursed for sums expended while employed in the imprest service at Lowestoft, under Captain Francis Richards. Account of disbursements. As the Lieutenant was employed in the Kitty tender when ordered by Captain Richards and raised 26 men and as all the charges are similar to those usually incurred on shore service and the account is countersigned by Captain Richards, opine we have no objection, provided the Captain's order is approved.
