Description

Philip Stephens. Captain Salter commanded the Fowey for a few days, while returning her stores in Sheerness harbor and asks to be paid without passing an account. As he only commanded her for 3 weeks, has passed an account at the Victualling Office and there is no imprest against him, opine his request is granted.
