Philip Stephens. Messrs. Marsh and Creed have applied for dispensation for want of books and papers to pass the accounts of John Currie, late Surgeon of the Weazle. The Sick and Hurt Commissioners opine that dispensation may be granted on his executors swearing they have made all possible enquiry and no papers have been recovered other than those mentioned in their letter and no part of the bark fever powder and elixir of vitriol supplied to him, were found in the medicine chest received by the executors.
