Description

Philip Stephens. The Portsmouth Officers have sent a report of the defects found in the Deal Castle when refitting her for Channel service. She will need between a middling and great repair, to take 3 months. Are sending a copy of the report and propose she is paid off and her repairs carried on in the dock where she now is.
