Description

Philip Stephens. Captain Jervis of the Foudroyant informs us George Phillips and Silvester Sweet, Seamen belonging to the ship, were taken by the Renown and Rose in October 1775 and brought to England in the Preston. Having done duty on these ships, he recommends they are entitled to wages. How they are borne.
