Draft letter from the Poor Law Commission to W E Goodacre junior, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mansfield Poor Law Union, regarding the appropriation of sale produce and informing of the findings that there is no probability of any part of the sum paid by the board of guardians to Mr Flower on account of the expenses attending the sale of the Pleasley parish property being refunded and that the application of the balance should be directed to the discharge of Mr Sadler's claim as proposed but that it will be requisite that the security which Mr Sadler holds be transmitted to the Poor Law Commission office. Paper Number: 8777/B/1840. Poor Law Union Number 337. Counties: Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
