Folios 725-726. Letter from J and W Rees Mogg [John Rees Mogg and William Rees Mogg], Clerks to the Guardians of the Clutton Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Board enclosing a tabular statement for their approval, entitled 'Times and places appointed for Vaccination' under the Vaccination Extension Act. A fee of 2s 6d has been fixed for each successful case. Statement enclosed listing names of medical practitioners acting as vaccinators, dates and times and where the vaccinations will take place as follows: Mr Boodle at houses of Mary Chapman, Ston Easton, Edward Talbot, Farrington Gurney, parochial schoolroom, Paulton, Mr Boodle's surgery, Chilcompton, houses of Hester Lacey, Midsomer Norton and Samuel Latchem, Coombend, Radstock. Mr F Crang at his surgery, Hallatrow, High Littleton, house of John Cuss, Clutton, schoolroom, Chelwood, houses of Richard Harvey, Farmborough, Sarah Budge, Timsbury and Thomas Willcox, Camerton. Mr Perrin at his surgery, Temple Cloud, Cameley, houses of Jesse Redwood, Widcombe, Charles Dudden, Hinton Blewitt and Union workhouse, Clutton. Mr Collins at his surgery, Chew Magna, house of William Baker, Norton Malreward, schoolroom, Saint Thomas in Pensford, schoolrooms at Stanton Drew, Chewstoke, Bishop Sutton, Chew Magna and Stowey. Mr Jackman at his surgery, Compton Martin, house of Clement York, Litton, Mr Russ, West Harptree, Richard Bath, Ubley and Ann Ogbourne, Nempnett. Paper Number: 38892/1853. Poor Law Union Number 374.
