Printed form from J Rees-Mogg [John Rees-Mogg] and W Rees-Mogg [William Rees-Mogg], Clerk to the Guardians of the Clutton Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Board, with names and details of all 'Insane Persons, Lunatics and Idiots' chargeable to each parish.
