- Folios 240-241. Letter from Francis Lane [former overseer], North Widcombe, Temple Cloud, Bristol, to the Poor Law Board acknowledging theirs of 30 July 1849 and explaining in detail the circumstances by which he is owed 15s 6d as a result of Charles Tucker paying the amount to Messrs Hill and Williams but omitting it from his accounts. He asks that any further correspondence be sent to him at Mr Joseph Pool's, Temple Cloud. Annotated: put on hold, 14 October 1850; await further letter from Mr Lane, 1 December 1850. Paper Number: 21346/1849. 24696/1849. Poor Law Union Number 374. Counties: Somerset.
