Draft letter from the Poor Law Board, to J Rees- Mogg, [John Rees-Mogg] and W Rees-Mogg [William Rees- Mogg], Clerks to the Guardians, Clutton Union, Temple Cloud, Bristol, acknowledging their letter of 21 July and saying that the Board sanctions the payment of £1 1s to Mr Jackman [John Hawker Jackman], Medical Officer, for removing a tumour from the back of a pauper child.
